Delete your account
You can delete your World by SOBE account at any time, with or without the app.
In the app
- Open World by SOBE and sign in.
- Open Settings (the gear icon, or swipe left).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted at once, on all our servers.
Without the app
Write to world@sobeinvest.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- Your email address and sign-in sessions.
- Your VPN keys and connection profiles on every server.
We keep no browsing, DNS or connection logs, so there is nothing else to delete.
What is kept
- The record of your purchase. The App Store record of your plan (transaction number, plan, expiry) or the Google Play record of your subscription (purchase token, plan, expiry) stays, so that a paid plan is not lost if you come back. Ask in the same email and we will erase it too.
- Your subscription. Deleting the account does not cancel it. Cancel it in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions).
- Payment records are held by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. Refunds follow their refund policies.

Аккаунт World by SOBE можно удалить в любой момент, в приложении или без него.
В приложении
- Откройте World by SOBE и войдите.
- Откройте Настройки (значок шестерёнки или свайп влево).
- Нажмите «Удалить аккаунт» и подтвердите.
Аккаунт удаляется сразу, на всех наших серверах.
Без приложения
Напишите на world@sobeinvest.com с адреса вашего аккаунта, тема «Удалить аккаунт». Мы удалим аккаунт в течение 7 дней и подтвердим ответным письмом.
Что удаляется
- Ваш адрес email и сессии входа.
- Ваши ключи VPN и профили подключения на всех серверах.
Журналов посещений, DNS и подключений мы не ведём, поэтому больше удалять нечего.
Что остаётся
- Запись о покупке. Запись App Store о тарифе (номер транзакции, тариф, срок) или запись Google Play о подписке (токен покупки, тариф, срок) остаётся, чтобы оплаченный тариф не пропал, если вы вернётесь. Попросите в том же письме, и мы удалим и её.
- Ваша подписка. Удаление аккаунта её не отменяет. Отмените её в App Store (Настройки → ваше имя → Подписки) или в Google Play (Платежи и подписки → Подписки).
- Платёжные данные хранят App Store или Google Play, а не мы. Возвраты — по их правилам.

Eliminar tu cuenta
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta de World by SOBE en cualquier momento, con la app o sin ella.
En la app
- Abre World by SOBE e inicia sesión.
- Abre Ajustes (el icono del engranaje, o desliza a la izquierda).
- Toca «Eliminar cuenta» y confirma.
La cuenta se elimina al instante en todos nuestros servidores.
Sin la app
Escribe a world@sobeinvest.com desde el email de tu cuenta, con el asunto «Eliminar mi cuenta». La eliminamos en un plazo de 7 días y te lo confirmamos por respuesta.
Qué se elimina
- Tu dirección de email y tus sesiones.
- Tus claves VPN y perfiles de conexión en todos los servidores.
No guardamos registros de navegación, DNS ni conexiones, así que no hay nada más que borrar.
Qué se conserva
- El registro de tu compra. El registro del App Store de tu plan (número de transacción, plan, vencimiento) o el de Google Play de tu suscripción (token de compra, plan, vencimiento) se conserva, para que no pierdas un plan pagado si vuelves. Pídelo en el mismo correo y lo borraremos también.
- Tu suscripción. Eliminar la cuenta no la cancela. Cancélala en el App Store (Ajustes → tu nombre → Suscripciones) o en Google Play (Pagos y suscripciones → Suscripciones).
- Los datos de pago los guardan el App Store o Google Play, no nosotros. Los reembolsos siguen sus políticas.
