Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and SOBE OÜ (Sobe Invest, "we"), the operator of World by SOBE. By signing in you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
World by SOBE gives you an encrypted VPN connection through servers that we operate. The app is free. We may limit the number of accounts or devices, and we may enable new accounts on request when our servers are busy.
Your account
- You sign in with your email address and a one-time code. Keep access to that mailbox private.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Delete account.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you do through the connection. You agree not to use World by SOBE to:
- break the law of your country or of the country where our server is located;
- send spam, attack or scan other networks and devices, or distribute malware;
- infringe copyright or other rights of third parties;
- harm minors or distribute content that exploits them;
- resell or share your access in a way that overloads the service.
We do not monitor your traffic. If we receive a well-founded complaint about an account, we may suspend or delete it.
Availability
The service is provided "as is". VPN connections depend on networks we do not control and may be slowed down or blocked. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular speed, or access to any specific website or service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profit arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Privacy
What we store and what we never store is described in the Privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app, and is not responsible for claims relating to it. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the new version appears here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

Сервис
World by SOBE даёт вам зашифрованное VPN-соединение через серверы, которыми управляем мы. Приложение бесплатное. Мы можем ограничивать число аккаунтов и устройств, а при высокой нагрузке включать новые аккаунты по запросу.
Ваш аккаунт
- Вход выполняется по адресу email и одноразовому коду. Не давайте другим доступ к этому почтовому ящику.
- Вам должно быть не меньше 16 лет.
- Удалить аккаунт можно в любой момент: Настройки → «Удалить аккаунт».
Допустимое использование
За свои действия через соединение отвечаете вы. Вы соглашаетесь не использовать World by SOBE, чтобы:
- нарушать законы своей страны или страны, где находится наш сервер;
- рассылать спам, атаковать или сканировать чужие сети и устройства, распространять вредоносные программы;
- нарушать авторские и иные права третьих лиц;
- причинять вред несовершеннолетним или распространять материалы с их эксплуатацией;
- перепродавать доступ или делиться им так, что это перегружает сервис.
Мы не отслеживаем ваш трафик. Если на аккаунт поступит обоснованная жалоба, мы можем приостановить или удалить его.
Доступность
Сервис предоставляется «как есть». VPN-соединение зависит от сетей, которые мы не контролируем; его могут замедлять или блокировать. Мы не гарантируем бесперебойную работу, определённую скорость или доступ к конкретному сайту или сервису.
Ответственность
В пределах, разрешённых законом, мы не отвечаем за косвенные убытки, потерю данных или упущенную выгоду, связанные с использованием приложения. Эти условия не ограничивают права, которые есть у вас как у потребителя по обязательным нормам закона.
Конфиденциальность
Что мы храним и чего не храним никогда, описано в Политике конфиденциальности; она является частью этих условий.
Apple
Эти условия — соглашение между вами и нами, а не Apple. Apple не обязана обслуживать и поддерживать приложение и не отвечает по претензиям, связанным с ним. Если приложение не соответствует применимой гарантии, вы можете сообщить об этом Apple, и Apple вернёт уплаченную цену, если она была. Apple и её дочерние компании являются третьими лицами — выгодоприобретателями этих условий и вправе требовать их исполнения. Вы подтверждаете, что не находитесь в стране под эмбарго правительства США и не состоите в списках лиц, в отношении которых правительство США ввело запреты или ограничения.
Изменения и право
Мы можем обновлять условия; новая версия появится здесь с новой датой. К условиям применяется право Эстонии.

Estas condiciones son un acuerdo entre tú y SOBE OÜ (Sobe Invest, «nosotros»), operador de World by SOBE. Al iniciar sesión las aceptas. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la app.
El servicio
World by SOBE te ofrece una conexión VPN cifrada a través de servidores que operamos nosotros. La app es gratuita. Podemos limitar el número de cuentas o dispositivos y, cuando los servidores estén muy cargados, activar las cuentas nuevas bajo solicitud.
Tu cuenta
- Inicias sesión con tu email y un código de un solo uso. Mantén privado el acceso a ese buzón.
- Debes tener al menos 16 años.
- Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento: Ajustes → «Eliminar cuenta».
Uso aceptable
Eres responsable de lo que haces a través de la conexión. Te comprometes a no usar World by SOBE para:
- infringir la ley de tu país o del país donde está nuestro servidor;
- enviar spam, atacar o escanear redes y dispositivos ajenos, o distribuir malware;
- vulnerar derechos de autor u otros derechos de terceros;
- dañar a menores o distribuir contenido que los explote;
- revender o compartir tu acceso de forma que sobrecargue el servicio.
No supervisamos tu tráfico. Si recibimos una queja fundada sobre una cuenta, podemos suspenderla o eliminarla.
Disponibilidad
El servicio se presta «tal cual». Las conexiones VPN dependen de redes que no controlamos y pueden ser ralentizadas o bloqueadas. No garantizamos un funcionamiento ininterrumpido, una velocidad concreta ni el acceso a un sitio o servicio determinado.
Responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no respondemos de daños indirectos, pérdida de datos o lucro cesante derivados del uso de la app. Nada en estas condiciones limita los derechos que tienes como consumidor según la ley imperativa.
Privacidad
Qué guardamos y qué no guardamos nunca se describe en la Política de privacidad, que forma parte de estas condiciones.
Apple
Estas condiciones son entre tú y nosotros, no con Apple. Apple no tiene obligación de dar mantenimiento ni soporte a la app y no responde de reclamaciones relacionadas con ella. Si la app no cumple una garantía aplicable, puedes notificarlo a Apple, que reembolsará el precio pagado, si lo hubo. Apple y sus filiales son terceros beneficiarios de estas condiciones y pueden exigir su cumplimiento. Confirmas que no te encuentras en un país sometido a embargo del Gobierno de EE. UU. ni figuras en ninguna lista de partes prohibidas o restringidas del Gobierno de EE. UU.
Cambios y ley aplicable
Podemos actualizar estas condiciones; la nueva versión aparecerá aquí con una fecha nueva. Estas condiciones se rigen por la ley de Estonia.
