Privacy policy
World by SOBE is operated by SOBE OÜ (trading as Sobe Invest), registry code 16119708, Paldiski mnt 161-1, 13518 Tallinn, Estonia ("we"), which is the data controller. A VPN carries everything you send, so we built ours to keep as little as possible. This policy says what the app and our servers keep, and what they never keep.
What we keep
- Your email address. It is your account. We use it to send sign-in codes, to know whether your account has access, and to give you the same account on a new device.
- Your purchase. World by SOBE for Android is a one-time purchase in Google Play. After you pay, the app sends our server the purchase token issued by Google Play. The server checks it with Google and notes that your account email has bought the app. The token itself is not stored. The note holds no name, no Google account and no payment details.
- Sign-in sessions. A random token is kept in the app's private storage on your device and, in hashed form, on our server for up to 180 days. Sign-in codes are kept hashed for 10 minutes.
- VPN keys. Your account gets its own keys on each of our servers. We create them on the server and keep your connection profile there in a file only the server administrator account can read, so that you can sign in on a new device and connect at once. On your device the profile is kept in the app's private storage and is left out of Android backups. Deleting your account erases the keys on every server.
- Connection counters. While you are connected, the VPN server holds in memory the time of your last connection and the amount of data transferred. They are never written to disk and disappear on restart.
What we never keep
- The websites, apps or services you use through the VPN.
- Your DNS queries.
- Your IP address. Our account service sees it while answering a request and holds it in memory for about a minute to stop abuse; it is never written to disk.
- The content of your traffic.
Access logs are switched off on the VPN servers and on the account service. The system journal of our servers lives in memory only, for at most three days, and is emptied on every restart. The app contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or other third-party tracking code; the only Google library in it is Google Play Billing, for the purchase.
What stays on your device
Your theme, language and settings stay on the device. A background photo you choose is copied into the app and never uploaded. If Android backup is on, Google keeps a copy of these settings (not your session, keys or photo) in your own Google account backup so they return after a reinstall; we have no access to it. The Quick Settings tile reads the connection state from the app on the device. While the VPN is on, Android shows a notification, as it requires for every VPN.
Where our servers are
We rent our servers from hosting providers and run all software on them ourselves: Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Stockholm, Sweden (HostHatch), and Tel Aviv, Israel (Kamatera; Israel is recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate data protection). Your account and the purchase note are stored on the Amsterdam server; the other servers hold only your VPN keys. If the main address of our account service is unreachable, the app uses a backup address on the Stockholm server, which passes the request on without logging it.
Others involved
- Google distributes the app through Google Play and processes your payment, under its own privacy policy. We receive no card or payment details. If you allow Android to share usage and diagnostics, Google may show us anonymous crash reports.
- Hosting providers supply the machines and the network, not the software, and have no access to your account.
- Google Workspace delivers the emails with sign-in codes.
- Public DNS resolvers (Cloudflare and Quad9; AdGuard DNS when "Block ads and trackers" is on) look up domain names for you. The queries come from our server, never from your IP address.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.
Your choices and rights
- Sign out removes the session and the VPN keys from your device.
- Delete your account in Settings → Delete account. Your email, sessions and keys are removed from all our servers at once. The note that your email bought the app is kept, so that you do not lose your purchase if you come back; write to world@sobeinvest.com from that email and we will erase it too.
- Under the GDPR you may access, correct, export and erase your data and object to its use. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or to the authority where you live.
We process your email and the purchase note to provide the service you bought (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to keep records of sales required by law (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Children
World by SOBE is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly hold their data.

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.

Что мы храним
- Адрес email. Это ваш аккаунт. По нему мы отправляем коды входа, проверяем, есть ли у аккаунта доступ, и даём вам тот же аккаунт на новом устройстве.
- Покупку. World by SOBE для Android покупается один раз в Google Play. После оплаты приложение отправляет нашему серверу токен покупки, выданный Google Play. Сервер проверяет его в Google и отмечает, что email вашего аккаунта купил приложение. Сам токен не хранится. В отметке нет имени, аккаунта Google и платёжных данных.
- Сессии входа. Случайный токен хранится в закрытом хранилище приложения на устройстве и, в виде хэша, на нашем сервере до 180 дней. Коды входа хранятся в виде хэша 10 минут.
- Ключи VPN. На каждом нашем сервере у аккаунта свои ключи. Мы создаём их на сервере и храним там ваш профиль подключения в файле, который может прочитать только администратор сервера, чтобы вы могли войти на новом устройстве и сразу подключиться. На устройстве профиль хранится в закрытом хранилище приложения и не попадает в резервные копии Android. При удалении аккаунта ключи стираются на всех серверах.
- Счётчики подключения. Пока вы подключены, VPN-сервер держит в оперативной памяти время последнего подключения и объём переданных данных. На диск они не пишутся и исчезают при перезагрузке.
Чего мы не храним никогда
- Какие сайты, приложения и сервисы вы используете через VPN.
- Ваши DNS-запросы.
- Ваш IP-адрес. Сервис аккаунтов видит его, пока отвечает на запрос, и держит в памяти около минуты для защиты от злоупотреблений; на диск он не пишется.
- Содержимое трафика.
Журналы доступа выключены на VPN-серверах и в сервисе аккаунтов. Системный журнал серверов хранится только в оперативной памяти, не дольше трёх дней, и очищается при каждой перезагрузке. В приложении нет аналитики, рекламы, сбора отчётов об ошибках и другого стороннего кода слежения; единственная библиотека Google в нём — Google Play Billing, для покупки.
Что остаётся на устройстве
Тема, язык и настройки остаются на устройстве. Выбранное фото для фона копируется в приложение и никуда не загружается. Если в Android включено резервное копирование, Google хранит копию этих настроек (без сессии, ключей и фото) в резервной копии вашего аккаунта Google, чтобы они вернулись после переустановки; доступа к ней у нас нет. Плитка в быстрых настройках берёт состояние подключения из приложения на устройстве. Пока VPN включён, Android показывает уведомление, как для любого VPN.
Где наши серверы
Серверы мы арендуем у хостинг-провайдеров, а все программы на них запускаем сами: Амстердам, Нидерланды, и Стокгольм, Швеция (HostHatch), и Тель-Авив, Израиль (Kamatera; Еврокомиссия признаёт уровень защиты данных в Израиле достаточным). Аккаунт и отметка о покупке хранятся на сервере в Амстердаме, остальные серверы хранят только ваши ключи VPN. Если основной адрес сервиса аккаунтов недоступен, приложение обращается к резервному адресу на сервере в Стокгольме, который передаёт запрос дальше, ничего не записывая.
Кто ещё участвует
- Google распространяет приложение через Google Play и принимает оплату по своей политике конфиденциальности. Данных карты и оплаты мы не получаем. Если вы разрешили Android отправлять статистику и диагностику, Google может показывать нам анонимные отчёты о сбоях.
- Хостинг-провайдеры дают машины и сеть, но не программы, и доступа к вашему аккаунту не имеют.
- Google Workspace доставляет письма с кодами входа.
- Публичные DNS-серверы (Cloudflare и Quad9; AdGuard DNS, если включено «Блокировать рекламу и трекеры») разрешают доменные имена. Запросы приходят к ним с нашего сервера, а не с вашего IP-адреса.
Мы не продаём и не передаём ваши данные никому другому и не используем их для рекламы или отслеживания.
Ваш выбор и права
- «Выйти» удаляет сессию и ключи VPN с устройства.
- Удалить аккаунт: Настройки → «Удалить аккаунт». Email, сессии и ключи сразу удаляются со всех наших серверов. Отметка о покупке остаётся, чтобы вы не потеряли покупку, если вернётесь; напишите с этого email на world@sobeinvest.com, и мы удалим и её.
- По GDPR вы можете получить, исправить, выгрузить и удалить свои данные и возразить против их обработки, а также пожаловаться в Инспекцию по защите данных Эстонии (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) или в надзорный орган своей страны.
Email и отметку о покупке мы обрабатываем, чтобы оказать купленную услугу (ст. 6(1)(b) GDPR) и вести учёт продаж, которого требует закон (ст. 6(1)(c)).
Дети
World by SOBE не предназначен для детей младше 16 лет, и мы сознательно не храним их данные.

Política de privacidad
World by SOBE lo opera SOBE OÜ (Sobe Invest), código de registro 16119708, Paldiski mnt 161-1, 13518 Tallin, Estonia («nosotros»), responsable del tratamiento. Una VPN transporta todo lo que envías, así que hicimos la nuestra para guardar lo mínimo. Esta política explica qué guardan la app y nuestros servidores, y qué no guardan nunca.
Qué guardamos
- Tu dirección de email. Es tu cuenta. La usamos para enviarte códigos de acceso, saber si tu cuenta tiene acceso y darte la misma cuenta en un dispositivo nuevo.
- Tu compra. World by SOBE para Android se compra una sola vez en Google Play. Tras el pago, la app envía a nuestro servidor el token de compra emitido por Google Play. El servidor lo verifica con Google y anota que el email de tu cuenta ha comprado la app. El token no se guarda. La anotación no contiene nombre, cuenta de Google ni datos de pago.
- Sesiones. Un token aleatorio se guarda en el almacenamiento privado de la app en tu dispositivo y, en forma de hash, en nuestro servidor hasta 180 días. Los códigos de acceso se guardan en forma de hash durante 10 minutos.
- Claves VPN. Tu cuenta tiene sus propias claves en cada uno de nuestros servidores. Las creamos en el servidor y guardamos allí tu perfil de conexión en un archivo que solo puede leer la cuenta de administrador del servidor, para que puedas iniciar sesión en un dispositivo nuevo y conectarte al momento. En tu dispositivo el perfil se guarda en el almacenamiento privado de la app y no entra en las copias de seguridad de Android. Al eliminar la cuenta, las claves se borran en todos los servidores.
- Contadores de conexión. Mientras estás conectado, el servidor VPN mantiene en memoria la hora de tu última conexión y el volumen de datos transferidos. Nunca se escriben en disco y desaparecen al reiniciar.
Qué no guardamos nunca
- Los sitios, apps o servicios que usas a través de la VPN.
- Tus consultas DNS.
- Tu dirección IP. Nuestro servicio de cuentas la ve mientras responde a una petición y la mantiene en memoria cerca de un minuto para frenar abusos; nunca se escribe en disco.
- El contenido de tu tráfico.
Los registros de acceso están desactivados en los servidores VPN y en el servicio de cuentas. El registro del sistema de nuestros servidores vive solo en memoria, como máximo tres días, y se vacía en cada reinicio. La app no contiene analítica, publicidad, informes de errores ni otro código de seguimiento de terceros; la única biblioteca de Google que incluye es Google Play Billing, para la compra.
Qué se queda en tu dispositivo
El tema, el idioma y los ajustes se quedan en el dispositivo. Una foto de fondo que elijas se copia en la app y nunca se sube. Si la copia de seguridad de Android está activada, Google guarda una copia de estos ajustes (sin la sesión, las claves ni la foto) en la copia de tu cuenta de Google para que vuelvan tras reinstalar; nosotros no tenemos acceso a ella. El mosaico de Ajustes rápidos lee el estado de la conexión de la app en el dispositivo. Mientras la VPN está activa, Android muestra una notificación, como exige para toda VPN.
Dónde están nuestros servidores
Alquilamos los servidores a proveedores de hosting y ejecutamos todo el software nosotros mismos: Ámsterdam, Países Bajos, y Estocolmo, Suecia (HostHatch), y Tel Aviv, Israel (Kamatera; la Comisión Europea reconoce que Israel ofrece una protección de datos adecuada). Tu cuenta y la anotación de compra se guardan en el servidor de Ámsterdam; los demás solo guardan tus claves VPN. Si la dirección principal del servicio de cuentas no responde, la app usa una dirección de reserva en el servidor de Estocolmo, que reenvía la petición sin registrarla.
Quién más interviene
- Google distribuye la app en Google Play y procesa tu pago según su propia política de privacidad. No recibimos datos de tarjeta ni de pago. Si permites que Android comparta datos de uso y diagnóstico, Google puede mostrarnos informes de fallos anónimos.
- Los proveedores de hosting ponen las máquinas y la red, no el software, y no tienen acceso a tu cuenta.
- Google Workspace entrega los correos con los códigos de acceso.
- Servidores DNS públicos (Cloudflare y Quad9; AdGuard DNS si activas «Bloquear anuncios y rastreadores») resuelven los nombres de dominio. Las consultas les llegan desde nuestro servidor, nunca desde tu dirección IP.
No vendemos ni compartimos tus datos con nadie más, ni los usamos para publicidad o seguimiento.
Tus opciones y derechos
- Cerrar sesión elimina la sesión y las claves VPN del dispositivo.
- Eliminar la cuenta: Ajustes → «Eliminar cuenta». Tu email, sesiones y claves se eliminan de todos nuestros servidores al instante. La anotación de compra se conserva para que no pierdas tu compra si vuelves; escribe desde ese email a world@sobeinvest.com y la borraremos también.
- Según el RGPD puedes acceder a tus datos, rectificarlos, exportarlos, suprimirlos y oponerte a su tratamiento, y reclamar ante la Inspección de Protección de Datos de Estonia (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) o la autoridad de tu país.
Tratamos tu email y la anotación de compra para prestar el servicio que has comprado (art. 6(1)(b) del RGPD) y llevar el registro de ventas que exige la ley (art. 6(1)(c)).
Menores
World by SOBE no está dirigido a menores de 16 años y no guardamos sus datos a sabiendas.
Cambios
Si esta política cambia, la nueva versión aparecerá aquí con una fecha nueva.
